Mobicept Inc. a.k.a Kangaroo Rewards (Hereafter “We”) are committed to protecting your privacy. Kangaroo Rewards acts in different ways when processing data:
(i) Kangaroo Rewards acts as a Data Controller of your personal data when you sign up for our products and services, visit our websites or interact with us through other channels (for example in person events). We use this data for a variety of purposes, including to provide our products and services to you, contact you about relevant content, and improve and promote our products and services. This Privacy Policy applies only to instances where Kangaroo Rewards acts as a data controller.
(ii) Kangaroo Rewards acts as a Data Processor (or service provider) when our customers use our products and services to collect and process personal data, including personal information about their end users (“Customer Data”). In these cases, our customers are the data controllers, and we process Customer Data on their behalf and under their instructions, in accordance with the Kangaroo Rewards Data Processing Agreement. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the processing of Customer Data and we recommend you read the privacy notice of the respective customer if their processing concerns your personal information.
1. The Information We Gather
Information you provide to Kangaroo Rewards when you interact with us, including via our websites or any sites or services, with our representatives, at events, or when you use the Service, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below.
When You Visit Our Websites – We collect Personal Data from you when you submit web forms or interact with our websites, for example by subscribing to our blog, newsletter, alerts, engaging with our chatbots, signing up for a webinar, subscribing to one of our services or requesting customer support. We may ask for your email address, first and last name, job title, and other similar business information. You are free to explore some of our websites without providing any Personal Data about yourself.
Registration Information — To process your registration to receive our newsletters or email alerts We require users to give us contact information (name, e-mail address, phone number and, when applicable, password, date of birth, billing and payment information, tax ID, billing address), and some demographic information (like address, province/postal/country, time zone, company name, etc). You may opt out of receiving future communications; see the choice/opt-out section below.
Transaction Information – We may continually gather data concerning your transactions with us, our partners or others. This information may include your time spent on our website. We use this data to provide you with better information.
IP Address – We may track your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Website. Your IP address is used to help identify and gather broad demographic information.
Payment Information. We collect payment and billing information when you register for or purchase paid products or services. For example, we may ask you to provide a billing address, or a billing contact for your Kangaroo Rewards account. We use secure third-party payment service providers to manage payment processing, which is collected through a secure payment process.

Platform usage information – connectivity, technical and aggregated usage data, such as user agent, IP addresses, device data (like type, OS, device id, browser version, locale and language settings used), activity logs, session recordings, and the cookies installed or utilized on their device); and direct interactions and communications with us – (including customer service requests, recordings and transcripts of your calls and emails with us, e.g. for user enablement, support, and training purposes
Cookies – A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies. We do not use cookies to retrieve personal information from your computer. The cookie We give you stores your user id and tells us whether you’ve logged in or not. We need to know who you are so We can do things like show you your personal email instead of showing you somebody else’s. Third Party Integrations – You may connect third party integrations to your Kangaroo Rewards account, which may ask for certain permissions to access data or send information to your Kangaroo Rewards account. It is your responsibility to review any third party integrations you authorize. We may collect information about what types of integrations you use in your Kangaroo Rewards account.
Any permission(s) granted by you, grants these third parties access to your data, which may include (but is not limited to) granting third party applications access to view, store, and modify your Kangaroo Rewards account data. We are not responsible for the practices of third party integrations, so please carefully review the permissions you grant to third party applications.
Personal Information Automatically Collected – Like most websites and technology services delivered over the Internet, we and our third-party providers and partners collect certain personal information automatically when you visit, interact with, or use our Service. Digital Behavioral Data. Web page interactions (clicks, hovers, focus, mouse movements, browsing, zooms and other interactions), referring web page/source through which you accessed the Sites, and statistics associated with the interaction between device or browser and the Sites.
Location Data. Including your general geographic location based on the IP address we collect.
Platform Data. If you have an account to use our services, we may in addition also collect your name, phone number, email address, company information, status in the sales cycle, lead and commercial details (like platform specifics, initial marketing channel), and user and account ID and other identifiers, NPS/account sentiments, user profile/history data, account health status, event attendance, status as lead/account, integrations.

We may collect information about you from non-affiliated third parties, for example, where you give permission to those third parties to share your information with us; you have made that information publicly available online; third parties recommend or suggest that We contact you for business purposes; or in connection with business transactions that you initiate with us, such as through credit verification. Profile picture, contact information, such as your name, company name, phone number and email address;
Demographic information, such as address, postal code, zip code, country, state, latitude and longitude;

Information We Receive From Our Mobile Apps: Information entered onto our mobile applications is uploaded and stored on our servers.This information includes:
– User images uploaded to your account. This image is displayed solely on the user’s profile page within the app, and is not publicly visible elsewhere on our platform.
– Personally identifiable information, such as your name, phone number, email address, gender, and birthday

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, change or damage. All personal data we collect will be stored by our cloud hosting provider on secure servers.
International Transfers of your Personal data.
The personal data we collect may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland in countries where we and our third-party service providers have operations, including in the United States (where our Service Providers are located), or Canada (where We are located).
In the event of a transfer by Kangaroo Rewards, we ensure that: (i) the personal data is transferred to countries recognized as offering an equivalent level of protection; or (ii) the transfer is made pursuant to appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
